1 Quantity Pizza Dough
1 bunch Swisss Chard or Spinach, pulled and stripped off the rib
1 small tub Tomato Paste
2 cloves Garlic, crushed
2 tsp dried Oregano, plus extra for serving
1 Tbls Sugar
1/3 cup Water
Salt and Black Pepper
200g sliced Colcom Salami, diced
1 x 500g punnet Colcom Country-Style Wors, cooked and sliced
250g grated Mozzarella Cheese
- Preheat oven to its highest setting. Blanch Swiss Chard or spinach then refresh in cold water. Squeeze out excess water.
- Roll out and press pizza dough into the base of two greased baking trays. Mix tomato paste, garlic, oregano and sugar with the water and season well. Spread tomato mixture over the bases.
- Scatter over the Country-Style Wors, Salami, spinach and mozzarella. Season well.
- Bake for 15 minutes or until the base is crispy. Sprinkle with a little oregano and serve.
