500g Colcom Chipolata Sausages
2 Tbls Olive Oil
3-4 Tbls Marmalade Jam
- Preheat the oven to 180°C.
- Place the sausages on a baking tray and drizzle and coat with olive oil. Roast the sausages in the oven for 20 minutes. Add the marmalade to the sausage swirl around until melted and coating the sausages.
- Place the sausages back in the oven for 10 minutes.
- Remove and serve on your party platter.
