1 x 500g Colcom Country Style Sausage
1 tin Tomatoes
2 Onions, chopped
2 Tbls Tomato Puree
1 bunch oregano, chopped or 2 tsp dried Oregano
2 Green Peppers, chopped
3 large Tomatoes, skinned and chopped
1 tsp Garlic
Salt and Pepper
1 packet cooked Spaghetti
- Sauté the onions, green peppers and garlic with a splash of olive oil and soften.
- Remove the meat from the sausage casing and add to the onions, peppers and garlic. Brown the sausage meat.
- Then add the tomatoes and oregano. Simmer for 10 minutes. Add the tinned tomatoes and tomato puree.
- Season with salt and pepper and allow to simmer until sauce thickens.
