2 Colcom Chorizo Sausages - sliced and fried
½ stale French loaf
100g black olives
100g cherry tomatoes
Flaked almonds - toasted
1 bag rocket
- Place all the ingredients in your salad bowl excluding the bread, vinegar and oil.
- Place the vinegar and the oil in a cup with some salt.
- Rip up the bread into bite size pieces and add to the salad.
- Drizzle with the dressing and serve.
