1 Pkt Frozen Mussels
2 Colcom Chorizo Sausages - sliced
2 tins chopped tomato
1 tsp garlic
1 cup white wine
100g olives chopped
Mozzarella to serve
Salt and pepper
- Place the Chorizo Sausage in a pot and fry. Add the white wine and the tomatoes, add the mussels once it is simmering
- Add the garlic and the olives then add a few shakes of Tabasco.
- Once cooked season and add the mozzarella and the basil.
