3 Large Pitta breads
6 COLCOM Bacon Sausages
6 dried apricots
6 COLCOM Streaky Bacon rashers
1 large carrot – grated
1 small lettuce – shredded
1 packet bean sprouts
125g Cheddar Cheese – grated
- Preheat grill. Cut each pitta bread in half and open out the pockets.
- Cut a slit in the side of each COLCOM Bacon Sausage, place 2 apricot halves in each, wrap in a COLCOM Streaky Bacon rasher and secure with a wooden cocktail stick.
- Grill until COLCOM Streaky Bacon is cooked, and then remove toothpicks.
- Tuck two of the wrapped COLCOM Bacon Sausage into each pitta pocket and add carrot, lettuce, bean sprouts and cheese.
