Bacon Wrapped Sausages
8 thick pork sausages
315 ml thinly sliced cheddar cheese
8 rashers bacon
30ml fruit chutney
Grill or braai the sausages slowly for about 15 minutes. Cool slightly then make a lengthwise slit in each, cutting halfway through the sausages. Fill the slits with sliced cheese. Spread the chutney on the bacon rashers and wrap around the sausages. Secure with toothpicks. Braai or grill for 5 minutes, or until bacon is crisp.
