All cooked sausages are available in bulk packs (12 sausages to a pack) or singles (between 250g and 560g depending on variety). Shelf life is between 8 to 14 days for the smoked sausage, pork banger and Jumbo Russian. Frankfurters and Viennas can be chilled or frozen.

- Ready to eat from the packet.
- The casing on the Pork Banger and Jumbo Russian should be peeled off before warming or eating.
- Best flavour and taste comes out when warmed (in microwave or hot water).
- Eat whole, or serve in a roll, or cut up in a salad.

Serving Suggestion
These are ready to eat from the packet. Best flavour and taste comes out when warmed.
Heat in microwave at medium heat for 30 to 45 seconds. A slightly longer time might be needed if more sausages are warmed up at one time.
Cold sausages can also be warmed by immersing into boilling water for 3 to 5 minutes. Eat whole or onto bread rolls. Can also make cross-section slices and add to vegetable salad. |
