Cherry or Vine Tomatoes cut in half
1 Cucumber, deseeded then chopped into quite large chunks
½ Red Onion, thinly sliced
16 Kalamata Olives
1 tsp dried Oregano
85g Feta Cheese, cut into chunks
4 Tbls Greek Extra Virgin Olive Oil
A Tbls fresh Lemon juice
Place all ingredients in a large bowl and season lightly with salt and pepper.
Serve with crusty bread to mop up all the beautiful juices.
