1 Red Chilli, de-seeded and finely chopped
1 Tbls Sesame Oil
2 Tbls White Wine Vinegar
2 Tbls Olive Oil
2 tsp white Sugar
Milled Pepper to taste
2 Oranges, peeled and sliced into discs and quartered
½ English Cucumber, sliced
¼ cup roasted Almond Slivers
Bunch of Fresh Coriander, chopped
Shake chilli, sesame oil, white wine vinegar, olive oil, sugar, salt and milled pepper together in a jar.
Pour dressing over the orange and cucumber and very gently toss.
Pile onto a serving platter and scatter almonds and fresh coriander on top and serve.
