1 bag oregano - chopped
Colcom Kassler steaks
3 roast pears - cut into quarters
4 Tbls balsamic vinegar
Honey to drizzle
Butter for frying
Salt and pepper
- Heat oven to 180°C.
- Place the butter in a pan to melt. Once hot, add the steaks and fry until just golden brown on each side.
- Place the steaks along with the pears onto a baking tray.
- Drizzle over the honey. Drizzle over the balsamic. Season well.
- Place in the oven until cooked.
