Colcom Pork Collar Fillet Steaks
Salt and pepper
- Preheat oven to 180°C.
- Peel and chop the pears. Place in a hot pan to brown.
- Place the balsamic and sugar in a small pot and leave to reduce.
- Fry the Colcom Pork Fillet Steaks in a pan.
- Place in a baking dish and place one slice of pear on top of each steak, drizzle some balsamic glaze on top and finish in the oven.
