1 kg Colcom Smoked Ribs
100ml Lime Juice
5ml Ground Ginger
- With a sharp knife cut the pork rack into individual ribs.
- Pour the honey, lime juice and water into a large saucepan. Add the ground ginger and stir.
- Add the pork ribs and cook over high heat until most of the moisture has evaporated and the ribs are coated through. As the liquid reduces it covers the ribs in a delicious sticky coating.
