700g Colcom Pork Fillet, sliced into thin strips
¼ cup Cornflour
2 Tbls Sesame Oil
½ tsp Garlic, crushed
½ cup Soy Sauce
½ cup Beef Stock
¾ cup Old Fashioned Brown Sugar
1 large Onion, finely chopped
¼ tsp Chilli Flakes
Sesame Seeds and Spring onions, for garnish
- In a ziplock bag add the sliced pork and cornflour. Shake to coat.
- Add the sesame oil, minced garlic, soy sauce, beef stock, brown sugar, onion and red chilli flakes to the slow cooker. Finally add the coated pork fillet and stir until coated in the sauce.
- Cook on high for 2-3 hours or on low for 4-5 hours.
