To assemble a platter using Oscars/Colcom Cold Meats.
Choose a striking large platter – preferably white as this makes the meat stand out.
Roll, weave and lay out or cold meats to best effect. Add a ‘pop’ of colour using cocktail pickled onions, different types of olives, any type of cheeses, fresh fruit in season and edible flowers.
