125g plain cheese biscuits
125g butter, melted
3 eggs, lightly beaten
125g cream cheese
125ml sour cream/crème fraiche
125g cheddar cheese – grated
60g COLCOM Cooked Picnic Ham – chopped
- Preheat oven to 180°C. Process biscuits in a food processor. Combine biscuit crumbs and melted butter in a medium bowl and mix well.
- Using a spoon, press mixture firmly onto base and sides of a loose based flan tin. Refrigerate.
- Combine eggs, cream cheese, soured cream, cheddar cheese in a food processor. Process until smooth. Stir in chopped COLCOM Cooked Picnic Ham.
- Pour mixture into prepared flan tin. Bake for 30 minutes.
- Serve with fresh salad.
Note: This recipe is perfect to cool and then cut in slices and refrigerate for the school lunch box.
