100g Colcom French Polony, finely chopped
1 Avocado pear – cubed
15ml Olive oil
10ml Lemon Juice
1 Stick Celery – finely chopped
1 Spring Onions – finely chopped
5ml Dijon Mustard
4 slices White Bread
100g Gouda Cheese – grated
Salt & Pepper
- Combine all ingredients except the bread and cheese.
- Toast Bread.
- Please toast on a baking tray, spread the Colcom Polony mixture on the toast, sprinkle over the cheese and place under the grill until the cheese is melted and bubbling.
