250g Colcom Streaky Bacon, diced
1 Tbls Olive Oil
1 Red Onion, sliced
¼ cup each Apple Cider Vinegar and Water
2 Tbls Old Fashioned Brown Sugar
½ tsp Celery Seeds
6 cups finely shredded Cabbage
- Fry the bacon in the olive oil until crispy. Drain.
- Into the dripping in the pan add the red onion, cider vinegar, water, brown sugar and celery seeds. Warm through until sugar has dissolved.
- Toss the dressing through the finely shredded cabbage and bacon. Make sure all the cabbage is coated.
- Pile onto a large serving platter and serve warm.
