1 Colcom Collar Fillet Roast
300 gm Baby Tomatoes
500g Colcom Bacon
Salt and pepper to season
1. Butterfly the fillet length ways down the center.
2. Chop up all the ingredients roughly the same size.
3. Grate the cheese and sprinkle on top.
4. Take the bacon and wrap the fillet with the bacon, secure with toothpicks.
5. Place in the oven at 200°C for roughly an hour.
