2 Camembert Cheeses
1 cup sugar
1 tin baby apples
200g Colcom Bacon fried until crispy
- Place the Camembert Cheeses on a baking tray in the oven at 180°C until hot.
- Place the sugar in the pan and add enough water to make the sugar wet. Melt the sugar. Once melted and a good golden brown colour add 3 Tbls of boiling water. Set aside.
- Place the Camembert Cheeses on a tray and place the apples and the Colcom Bacon on top.
- Pour the hot sugar over the top.
Serve with biscuits
